For this recipe you will need:
– Pie Crust
– 4 1/2 cups rhubarb chopped
– 4 1/2 cups strawberries chopped
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 tbsp. Vanilla extract
– 1 tsp lemon juice
– 1/4 cup corn starch mixed with a splash of cold water
– 1 egg w splash of water for egg wash
Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees then lower to 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
