CRISPY tofu with sweet and sour peanut sauce! PERFECT for a little snack 🙂

    Ingredients:

    * 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
    * 2 tbsp soy sauce
    * 1 tbsp cornstarch
    * 1 tbsp olive oil
    * 1/4 cup peanut butter
    * 2 tbsp soy sauce
    * 1 tbsp maple syrup
    * 1 tbsp lime juice
    * 1 clove garlic, minced
    * Water to thin

    Instructions:

    1. Toss tofu cubes with soy sauce and cornstarch.
    2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook tofu until crispy and golden brown on all sides.
    3. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, maple syrup, lime juice, garlic, and enough water to reach desired consistency.
    4. Serve crispy tofu with peanut sauce
