Rocket, baby spinach, labne topped with green pesto, sock eye salmon fillet, grilled halloumi, air fried sweet potato, beetroot kimchi, avocado, olives, tomato, cucumber, topped with Zoe 30+, Sea salt and Pennulara first press EVOO. Paired with a 2021 Châteauneuf-du-Pape AOC, mind blowingly delicious.
