  1. Looks delicious! I’ve been doing 129 and like mine a bit more on the “medium” side of medium rare. I think I’ll up mine to 136 next time to see. I would call yours med rare+ which is how I actually prefer steaks.

  2. So many temperatures. Much cooked. High end of medium-rare close to medium.
