I really hope I like this because cutting watermelon rind isn’t the most fun. But I’m happy I had a successful (I think) first batch.
I used the ball preserving book and recipe. Does it look like I cooked the rind too much? I never thought I’d ask this in a million years, but how do my cans look? 😂
