    That is all amazing!
    For the jalapeños, you could do pickled jalapeños, grilled jalapeño poppers with the peppers cut in half and topped w/ Greek yogurt, garlic and feta and sprinkled with dill. Or do a dip with all of those ingredients diced up and spread on chicken and grilled or baked.

    I love making a jalapeno salsa with onions and garlic.
    Roast about 10 jalapenos with an onion, then blend those with some salt and two cloves of garlic.
    You can also stream in some oil to make an emulsion and make it a little smoother

    Can’t wait til my shrimp plant starts producing, it’s been a slow year…😄
    Looks great. A lot of my meals are homegrown at the moment, makes it so easy to eat piles of veg.
