That is an excellently cooked blue steak. It MIGHT even be more rare than blue but it’s near impossible to tell from pictures alone because of differences in lighting.

If I ordered a blue steak I would eat it, if I did not order a blu steak I’d ask for it to be cooked a bit longer.

Are you glad you Czeched it before eating it?

  3. I’d eat it. Would rather have that over it being over cooked.

  4. thewaltz77

For me, that just needs 69 more seconds on the heat.

  5. A good vet could get that one back on its feet!
10/10 would add some salt and happily eat it

In Czech Republic we got beef too. Ever had our steaks?

Seems like Europeans prefer their steak blue more often than Americans

I physically cannot eat that, my body just wouldn’t let that happen. I’d politely ask for it to be cooked longer, so I do not forcefully reject what is likely a pretty good cut of meat.

What did you order lmfao that’s a blue steak but at least it’s done right.

Don’t forget the Europeans eat steak tartare (raw beef) and Mett (raw pork). This restaurant at least attempted to cook your steak a bit.
(Sorry, I’m with Mr. Beans when it comes to raw proteins).

A bit too rare for my liking. I find a medium rare is the most flavorful. I bet the center of that is still room temperature and that doesn’t do much for texture and flavor and any fat probably hasn’t been properly rendered.

    I’d still eat it, though.

This looks like Kantyna. A really nice concept but not necessarily the best meat ever. You have to be specific when asking how you want it cooked, and usually ask it a tiny bit more cooked than you would have it normally.

That looks like it got cooked over a heated argument. Ain’t no way.

  14. Full-Bedroom-8858

That’s the way we eat it in France. You can get the real taste of the meat.

  15. Substantial_Pie6648

Tad bit rare for me, but hey no judgement on anyone else eating it lol.

My first steak tartare was in Brno, Hotel Pegas. I truly and genuinely miss the food and beer in the Czech Republic

  17. Less concerned it’s blue, more disappointed it was cooked too cool

  18. Lost_refugee

Tell them put it back to freezer, where it was 10 mins ago

  19. shame-the-devil

Can’t wait to see his face when he accidentally orders the tartare

“Please make sure the next one is thawed before you cook it. Please recommend to me a dish that is actually ready to serve.”

You asked for the “ocean steak” right? Blue and salty? No?

  22. Daikon_3183

It seems like it was frozen to me and rushed ..
