It looks like a traditional Japanese strawberries and cream cake, which is SUPER simple to make :-). White cake recipe (or yellow), fresh strawberries, and chantilly cream (whipped cream).

Chiffon is the best cake that saved my baking. It is the fluffiest, the softest, the airiest cake you’ll ever have. And what makes it so good? Literally maringue mixed and water bath

I’m not sure it’s Asian cake. Strawberry shortcake is what it is, or a chantilly cream cake. Posts saying strawberry shortcake in cake form has to be Asian are wrong.
The cake could also be angel food.

Looks like a regular, old, strawberry shortcake to me. Definitely one of my top three favorite cakes (along with yellow cake with chocolate frosting, and tres leches cake).
