    Perfectly cooked imo but I know a lot of others will disagree. What cheese did you use?

    Swiss – Elk is lean and I find it’s better rare 2 slices of cheese and half an avocado for fat one jalapeño and pickles.

    the cook looks fine but the lack of sear makes it look boiled.

    No more elk burgers for me. Our local Fuddruckers went out of business! Damned shame!
