For Enoki
Sesame oil
Soy sauce
Garlic
Ginger
Thai Basil
Cilantro (optional)
Furikake (optional)
Salt pepper to taste
Cut stem 2” or 5 cm above roots
Sauté garlic and ginger on low heat
Add Thai Basil until fragrant
Add soy sauce and sesame oil
Add mushroom
Cook on low heat until cooked through
On last minute toss in cilantro (optional)
Cook rice as per usual season as preferred
Add Enoki on top of rice
Add kimchi
Add furikake (optional)
