    this looks nice and it’s very beautiful. i love a good flavorful tomato. sometimes i make a pasta dish with raw chopped tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, olive oil and salt, i used to add fresh mozzarella but i would omit it after going vegan, i might try small cubes of tofu as a substitute.
