Butcher was out of lamb chops so he recommended another cut. However, after getting home I can't remember the name of the cut (receipt just says meat, lol). So now I'm not sure what I have and how I should cook it.

Help me out please!

    That is shoulder. Less expensive and still tasty

    Shoulder chop. Grill, pan sear, braise. They’re delicious. Next time, ask for the round bone shoulder chop. The round bone has the marrow in it and those things are delicious.
