    This is top tier. Particular shout out to the cook on the black pudding, most people undercook imo, this is bang on. Actual Maillard on the toms too. Quality meat cooked well, and a reduction on the beansauce (ie cooked in a saucepan not popty-pinged). Would eat, would pay to eat, 9.5/10
