Matouk’s is my favorite, Bertie’s is my “treat yo’self” bottle once or twice a year and the other jar is something my wife puts on every Italian, Mexi and Asian dish she makes or orders.

Nice selection. I think both Matouk’s and Bertie’s have their place.
To my tastebuds Bertie’s is noticeably hotter, and it has a strong herbal flavor from the culantro (Chadon Beni).
Matouk’s is a little more straightforward so can be more flexible.
I do think Bertie’s has a fresher taste.

Matouk’s is excellent and the upper limit of what I can tolerate as long as I don’t over do it.

Not a fan of the TJs but Matouks is awesome. Ive tried a lot of their stuff and its all good.
