Ground tuna burger from Hopdoddy, first time eating there too. Teriyaki sauce made it messy but it was a good burger, would try at another restaurant.

This is super unique. I’ve seen seared tuna on menus plenty of times but never seen it used like this. And that fried nori sheet… dang, looks amazing.

Got some fire sushi in town, they do barbecue albacore wherr they basically just sear the sides. I can see them doin a burger like this, HOLY SHIT. Wasabi aioli?!! Gameover.

Those are so good. The first one I cooked I overcooked it. Then I learned it’s a sear on both sides and you’re done.
