Made an egg bagel with whipped schmear and wasabi tobiko 🤤🤤🤤

Second slide made my honey two types of bagels. Breakfast bagel with bacon eggs sausage and cheddar and second bagel just plain schmear on an asaigo bun

    Yo……. wasabi tobiko and cream cheese on a bagel sounds wild af and I want to try it so damn bad lol

    I wanna roll really hard into this idea and do a lox bagel that is heavily influenced by sushi.

    I’ll allow it counselor. I myself have never subscribed to the bagel sandwich model, since due to the density of the bread, all the damn filings slide out the other side with the first bite.

    Just a note cause it still looks fantastic, but the shade on that second picture made the egg and whipped schmear look moldy.

    My first thought on seeing the wasabi tobiko was that it was sphere-ified scallion oil or something and I was super intrigued, the wasabi tobiko also sounds delicious
