Can anyone help me determine how lean this ground beef is? Asked the butcher and he doesn’t know, and the lable doesn’t tell either.

    Looks like 80/20 or fattier. Looks can be deceiving though. No sure way of knowing if it’s not labeled and you didn’t grind it.
