    Been on it for a month.

    I found this big jars of olives at US Chef Store. Tired of having to get them at Costco twice a week haha.

    Tonight I made Crostini with an Olive Tapenade and Sardines in Oil

    Not pictured was the Pita chips I did the same with but used Mackerel.

    For lunch tomorrow, a salad with homemade Tzatziki sauce

    Glad the food is hitting the spot! Just be careful not to love it too much… you might turn into a human burrito!
