My first ever attempt, not good but not very bad either 😅
I got a bit confused and muddled due to watching far too many videos from different creators before and during baking so I didn't even bulk ferment this poor thing, it went straight in the fridge for 14 hours after the stretch and folds and I have only just noticed 🫣 It's tasty and the crust is very crispy, although a little bit chewy inside. Will this improve if I don't skip that crucial step? 🤣 Any other tips that will improve the look of this loaf?

The recipe is from the "gluten tag" guy on youtube, think the video was "the last sourdough bread recipe you'll ever need" or something very close to that title. Due to high protein flour I added a little more water to the base recipe. So sorry I forget his name, will link his video and post recipe as soon as I get on my pc 🙈
