This was a simple burger, executed perfectly. Smashed patties with crispy charred edges, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, American cheese, chopped chili peppers. 10/10. Going again next week, diet be damned.

    High quality burgers are absolutely in my diet. I just make sure to exercise and watch my calories. I’ve been able to pretty much eat whatever I want doing this. Over the last two years (when I started paying attention) I’ve maintained my weight. I also know someone personally who ate ice cream every single day and lost weight (bet with coworkers and they won). 

    I feel bad for people who come up with these crazy rotating diets to try and lose weight or whatever. They constantly try new fad diets. When in reality you should constantly be on a diet that’s consistent. Diets aren’t something you do when you lose weight. A diet is something you have all the time. Not rocket science but people are lazy and want a quick fix. So they go for the fad diet in the pills instead of doing what actually works.
