• shishito peppers and tomatoes: 5-7 min in air fryer at 400 F, sprinkle with flakey salt
  • eggs: cook in olive oil and butter, sprinkle with zaatar and parsley
  • other stuff: Gouda cheese, fresh picked berries

All ingredients except the cheese & zaatar were local – love to eat what’s in season!

    Yours looks amazing! I’m gonna to have to try zataar on my eggs. And those tomatoes look divine!

  2. When I travel overseas, I love the breakfasts. Most of the time much different than US.
