I was quite happy with this one! The egg, salmon and hollandaise all worked very well with each other.
The hollandaise was made after a recipe from Chef Jean-Pierre. Literally done in about 10 mins which includes 6 mins for melting butter.

You can cut the time down even more by melting the (clarified) butter in the microwave, which only takes seconds.
