Shrimp was on sale for $10 a pound. So I got that, cleaned & deveined them. (Dried them off) & chopped them up. Then added a bunch of diced chives, celery, one shallot a squeeze of lemon, a TBSP of Dijon mustard , 1/4 cup of spicy mayo (or more to taste) & generous helping of Old Bay and salt & pepper. (I like to mix it all up and then add it to the shrimp) Butter & Toast up some brioche hotdog buns. And you’re set! Optional, of course, are tater tots tossed with Old Bay salt and pepper. – Not pictured was a spicy aïoli for the tots.

As a broke lobster lover, this is the smartest food hack I’ve possibly ever seen. Will be trying asap.

Did that last night. Easy and inexpensive. A+ would recommend.

I cooked the shrimp sous vide with some butter and salt. Then mixed with mayo, lemon juice, celery, salt and pepper.

Eh, shrimp is better than lobster anyway. Better flavor, better texture, better price.
