Picanha Peruvian Chicken Wingz

Mainly wanted the Webber for the ease of moving it, but thankfully the egg was easy enough with the innards taken out.

I was gonna buy a used Webber, but then I saw an egg with the rotisserie. I think I made the right decision

  1. I always think it’s funny seeing an egg with the KJ accessory. Like BGE couldn’t figure out how to do it properly and discontinued their product after less than a year. It’s a rotisserie. How do you eff that up so badly?

Anyways, all your food looks awesome. I’m busting mine out in a couple hours to do gyros for the first time. Hoping it works out well.

As someone who has an Egg, a Webber Kettle (charcoal), and a Webber Genisis II (gas), I can say with confidence that the Egg is by far my favorite. I use them all for different things but I use my Egg for 85% of cooks. I love the other grills and they do what I want them to do but man if I had to choose one my Egg is by far the best all around.

That’s a long way of saying… you made the right choice lol

I built a custom table for my grills and didn’t account for my Joetissurie. I ended up buying a turntable and an aluminum disk so I can rotate it when I use the Joetissurie. No way I wasn’t gonna use it for the egg.

I need to get one of those the next time they go on sale.

I still don’t understand how BGE doesn’t have a rotisserie. They have every other accessory and yet a rotisserie isn’t possible?
