First try with the Traeger. Bone in chicken thighs: 275 for an hour, rubbed with Taco seasoning.
It cooked a lot faster than I thought it would.

Skin looks good too, how’d you cook them?
I’ve done bone in thighs and had to just throw out the skin, meat was 🤌🏻 tho

Poke small holes in the skin before you add rub. Will help in render and crisp up. Also consider a quick sear/temp increase towards the end of the cook to help crisp the skin too.
