I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to “Cheese.com” for the cheese image and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!

Here is your daily cheese facts: Dorothy’s Comeback Cow’s enticing flavor comes from its milk, freshly drawn from dairy cows from the Heart of the Midwest. It carries the flavor of rich Illinois prairies, with hints of almonds, mushrooms, and truffles. It offers a rustic and flowery taste that will come back with every bite. Awarded 2019 Best Soft Ripened Cheese made in America. The flowery shape is a testimony of their origin, near the Appel River Canyon, where spring flowers blossom at the bottom of Kolb-Lena. Bob, Dorothy’s cheesemaker, strives every day to heighten Dorothy’s cheeses’ creamy texture. Dorothy’s Comeback Cow can be enjoyed on a cheeseboard, accompanied with strong-bodied wines, such as Cabernet and Bourgogne, which will stand up to this Brie’s strong flavor. You can also add it to your burgers, gratins, and other dishes for its succulence and flavor.

Also as a note: I post my daily cheese here as well as in my r/dailycheese subreddit.

  2. Damn dude. It’s been almost four years now and you still have content. Kudos
