    This is my go-to burger cheese. Great flavor and is satisfyingly stretchy.

    Next time you make brats, try it with a brat too. Good stuff.

  3. Stringy for sure, but it always seems separate from the burger, sandwich… like it won’t incorporate in your bite.

    Muenster is great. Gotta get the Wisconsin Muenster if possible… it’s absolutely to die for, not only on burgers either. It’s an excellent melting cheese. Love that and also love brick cheese for pizza, though Muenster is essentially seasoned brick cheese
