    Store bought gnocchi are my guilty pleasure. I’m Italian and have both made, and eaten hand made gnocchi scores of times. I will always come back to the chewy mochi-like texture of store bought. It’s just a comfort food for me, particularly with a sausage ragu.

    I would personally swap out the pickled peppers for some roasted, but this looks amazing and it’s making me hungry. Will need to make in the near future

    Yeah that’s the good stuff right there.
    Where’s the enormous chunk off the loaf bread with about 4-5 patts of butter?
    Covered in Parmesan cheese, glass of Red wine or milk. That’s the one right there. 🤤
