I love Avgolemono soup (Greek Lemon Chicken Soup)! It doesn't look bad but for one, they used the wrong type of pasta. Also it generally doesn't have a super strong lemon taste but you definitely know it's there. If you can find a Greek restaurant by you, I suggest you order a cup from there. It's really delicious.

Am I the only one who is not a fan of soup? Soup always looks looked like slop to me. And historically "poor people" soup was just all the left overs thrown into a pot of boiling water. Which just solidifies my bias as soup being nothing but slop. 😂
