I posted a sandwich a few days ago that blew up. The final sandwich design is pictured.

Seared chicken breast fillets, ji verde, bomba sauce, hatch chili cheddar, bubbie’s bread and butter pickles… on a long ciabatta baguette.

Wrapped and then fridged over night. Then toasted in a pan on low heat until crispy and gooey.

    It looks delicious, and I generally love pickles… but you lost me with the b&b pickles. Scoot that blasphemy off the bread, and I would happily tear my mouth up eating this.

    Looks great. you should cut only one side of the baguette and then hollow it out so everything fits in perfectly.
