Potato pancakes were delicious. Leftover mashers with an egg, flour and some cream. Eggs are a little rare for me.

Put a lid on the pan for about 30 seconds to firm up the whites.

There looking a bit snotty around your yolks but other than that there fine,you can fix this by just putting a lid on the top of your pan for a minute or 2 before there done to cook them a bit more
