I got my Rofco about 3 weeks ago and it’s a game changer for not only bread all baked goods … worth every penny (and some models are even cheaper then a freeze dryer)

Looks really great. Although, is there a need to put that much rice flour on the bottom if you’re using paper anyways?

Why do you use parchment under each loaf? Get a proper peel and dust it with flour so you can load your loaves straight on the deck! It’s half the fun!

I think we all can relate to the “Noice” when you cut into a perfectly proofed loaf. Hours of buildup for that moment.
Question, is the RR stencil a logo or artistic choice? Just curious.

I’m contemplating on this oven or the simply bread oven. 2 very different price tags and the steaming methods too. By any chance where did you order your Rofco from? I’m in the US

I have one and love it. One of the handy modifications I did was get a 240v rated relay and a smart switch so it is now a “smart oven” that I can program to turn itself on for preheating.
