Still remixing this weeks meal prep and odds and ends.

Today it is kale, lentils, leftover farro, some fermented jarred peppers, pumpkin seeds and pickled onions mixed up with some Trader Joe’s sofrito, with vinegar, and olive oil.

And then to round out the bowl a couple of green olives, a mini tomato cucumber salad, and some more chicken meatballs.
