Radiatori pasta, fresh tomato sauce (made from San Marzano’s I plucked from my backyard), garlic, shallots, espelette pepper purée and Cajun andouille sausage, topped with toasted pine nuts and parsley. Kinda winged it while drunk so I don’t have a recipe but this was a crowd pleaser

    Radiatori is on the same page as Mafalde. Two of my favorite pasta that are very rare at a restaurant. Good job, looks delicious!
