Hello! I might have had the best ever fried rice at a restaurant called Fish Cheeks in NoHo in Manhattan. I really want to have that experience again in Chicago. Any suggestions for Thai or seafood places that serve killer steamed fish in sauce/fried rice (that can rival Fish Cheeks in Manhattan)? 🐟
