Since the roses started blooming, we’ve been noticing more pollinators in our backyard. It also attracted Japanese Beetles that chose to hangout on the roses instead of vegetable plants. It’s the perfect trap and made it so much easier to catch them. We just had to be active in removing them before they cause too much damage. This way we still get to enjoy the roses.

  1. Used to keep a huge bush of kale growinng in a big pot in the corner of my yard, she was the sacrificial plant to keep the whiteflies away from the rest of the garden and it actually worked.

  2. Привіт з України! Обожнюю ваші відео, маю мрію – купити власний будинок, можливо теж буде цікаве відео!)))

  3. Interesting! The rose bushes help keep these nasty beetles away from vegetables for the most part? How do you dispose of them or would be kinda nice if the beetles can be put to good use

  4. I haven't been big on roses in my garden however I just discovered Flavorette roses, bred for culinary uses, and I'm thinking of giving them a try! This is the first year I've ever had Japanese beetles. They went to town on my baby dwarf apple trees.

  5. Always 1 hosta for devouring. The others not touching other plants when possible so snails can only come up. Put on wide saucers so slugs and snails do not reach the pot since they do not swim. And I take very well care of "my" hedgehogs, best pestcontrolers ever. Hardly any snails, slugs eaten at a young age. Yesterday my fouth slug this summer 😅.

  6. Take garlic and very spicy green chillis equal ratio to mix both of paste …make after take 1spoon paste equal to 1/2 le water mix well in mug…same ratio take for 3days to spray on the plants…after plants change very greenly and slugs harmful creatures not attack on plants..try it very powerful…method and also organic pesticide from India….i love u r garden 😊😊😊😊
