If I’m at a high end steakhouse filet mignon, at home Hanger. Also love Skirt steak. Short ribs cut thin.
To be honest lately I’ve been into Iberico Pork. You can cook medium rare like a steak, tastes closer to steak than pork anyway. Highly recommend the secreto cut!
