The one I was at on Friday warned me they did not have Boars Head meats. Must be dependent on location. I was always going to get Publix meats anyway.

My first job was at Lowe’s.
Next to it, within walking distance was a grocery store named Festival Foods. It’s local to Wisconsin.
This frickin’ place had a sandwich bar. Like a full on Subway in the middle of the store, self serve. Build your own sub, pay by weight.
It was the absolute best thing ever. Lunch break you walk over, make a sub, grab some of their signature tater salad, come back to the break room, listen to music on your iPod. Get back to work.
That was like ‘05-‘08 ish. I miss that sandwich bar.

I get the Public’s brand meats when ordering a sandwich , with all the fixing on a big sandwich I can not tell any difference at all !!! And it cost a little less .
