Fermented Salsa – just need to wait for a few days!

    * 2 lbs of tomatoes skinned and chopped 
    * 6 garlic cloves, minced
    * 1-2 hot peppers
    * 2 fresh cilantro bunches, chopped
    * 1 medium red onion or yellow onion, chopped
    * 2 limes (or a big lemon) juiced
    * 1 tablespoon fine salt

    Everything was doubled for 2 jars

    Place everything in a jar, keep everything submerged and after 4 days you can transfer to the fridge – it should last a couple of months
