   How do you store it? I would imagine it takes up the whole fridge and that you couldn’t eat it all before it goes bad?

   Do you just shave it off frozen and pan fry it til nice and crispy?? I’ve only bought it in smaller quantities presliced from the refrigerator section 🤔
