Ingredients for 2 servings:
🔸Lettuce – 4 leaves
🔸Chicken breast – 1 piece
🔸Chicken seasoning – 1 tsp
🔸Salt – 0.5 tsp
🔸Cherry tomatoes – 8 pieces
🔸Sweet pepper – half
🔸Parmesan – 30 g
For the sauce:
🔸Yogurt – 3 tbsp
🔸Garlic – 2 cloves
🔸American mustard – 1 tsp
🔸French whole-grain mustard – 1 tsp
🔸Salt – 0.3 tsp
🔸Butter – 30 g
Instructions:
🔸Cut the chicken breast in half.
🔸Season with chicken seasoning and salt.
🔸Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
🔸Slice the sweet pepper thinly.
🔸Shave the Parmesan into slices.
🔸Mix the yogurt with both mustards and salt. Add minced garlic.
🔸Heat a skillet and add butter.
🔸Fry the chicken breast for 4 minutes on each side until golden, then cut it into pieces.
🔸Layer one lettuce leaf inside another.
🔸In each double lettuce leaf, layer in order: cheese, chicken, tomatoes, sauce, pepper, more chicken, more sauce, and more cheese.
🔸Roll up the lettuce into a wrap.
🔸Wrap in parchment paper and cut in half.
