Why would anyone hate this idea? When I’m too lazy or want to whip up something quick, I’ll eat steak with anything 😂 By itself, with bread, leftover fried rice, instant noodles. The steak is what makes anything a 5 star meal 😂😂😂

I do something similar every once in a while with leftovers from bigger cuts like London broils. I get some boxed bone broth, ramen noodles, green onions bean sprouts and the leftovers and it makes a pretty decent (and cheap) improvised restaurant style ramen. Works well with any leftover meat really.

Pretty sure I purposely buy steak to put in my ramen. Among other great things to make it gourmet. 👌🏻

Not bad but the GOAT beef addition to ramen is brisket imo. I also really like smoked pork shoulder.

Add mushrooms and soft boiled eggs, maybe some seared brussel sprouts, god tier ramen. This is almost a weekly meal in my house.

Any and all leftover meat usually gets chopped thinly or cubed and put into ramen, egg noodles, rice, or an egg omelette👌

Now if you add some garnish, put it on its side on a baking tray with half the soup out, and serve – you can charge $18 in a San Francisco restaurant.

Best option when you have leftover steak but not enough for an entire meal ez. I’d add some fresh scallions as well

Severe_Job_1088
Looks great to me. I might add some green onion, bamboo shoots, shaved carrots. But that’s just me 😃

Nothing wrong with that combo at all.

Makes perfect sense, could do with some spring onions, kimchi and sesame seeds and you’re onto a winner I think
