Habanero/Serrano/Chile de árbol salsa perfection

  1. The smokey spice builds as you eat it – absolute perfection. My only regret is not making a bigger batch.

    Ingredients/Process:

    * 3 Roma Tomato (halved, grilled)
    * 1 Tomatillo (halved, grilled)
    * 1/2 large white onion (grilled)
    * 3 garlic cloves, roasted in olive oil (400℉ for 45 minutes)
    * 3 Habanero (halved, deveined, deseeded)
    * 3 Serrano (halved)
    * 16 Arbol Chile (steeped, roasted)
    * 1 Lime juice
    * Salt & Cumin to taste
