First attempt at homemade sauce, flavor came out really good but seems a little runny. Any advice?

    Im aware the chicken doesn’t look great. I slow cooked it in juice and herbs and spices, taste way better than it looks.

  2. If it’s too runny it just needs to be cooked for longer until it’s less diluted and slightly more viscous.

    Please finish your pasta in the sauce, just plop your pasta into the sauce pan first instead of pouring sauce over the plated pasta

    You could try minced meat, both cow and pork which amalgamates better, and tomato paste that is less watery.

    Make sure you add the pasta and pasta water into the sauce.
