Hmm, off topic but what order is ideal for a BLT? Tomato on top? Bacon on top? I usually wedge the tomato between 2 pieces of lettuce so the bread doesn’t get soggy.

For simply eating? Soft and chewy with some crunchy parts. Has to be thick bacon. For sandwiches, crunchy is the best.
