I didn't have all the ingredients, so it's not really Alfredo sauce.
It was dryer than I expected but I didn't want to overcook the pasta.
More pasta water next time.
Sauce: garlic, olive oil, butter, milk, parmesan, manchego cheese, black pepper and parsley.

Real Alfredo is 3 ingredients. So you did have all of them plus.
Italians will come in, read your ingrediets, and then have a fit.

Several different kinds of white sauce exist. Some are better than others. Im not a manchego cheese person but that doesn’t mean your sauce is bad.
