    I’d try it. Mortadella is like the Boogie baloney with class. Giving it a little color wouldn’t ever hurt it. I want to say it needs some tomato and lettuce and pickled onions.

    Hot take: I made a mortadella sandwich. Meh. It tastes basically like bologna and it’s not very remarkable. Tasty for sure, but not amazing
