How about you nourish your body with this Moroccan Chickpea and Pearl Couscous Salad. On top of that you’re gonna love it! It’s bright, tasty, and packed with salad goodness!
Chickpeas are great because they’re packed with protein, fibre, and essential nutrients, making them a healthy and filling addition to any meal. It’s a win for your taste buds and your health.
The dressing is a cozy mix of spices like cumin, turmeric, and cinnamon that not only taste amazing but are good for you too. Fresh herbs like mint and parsley keep it refreshing (I always have it in my garden and you should too, or balcony). The golden raisins and crumbled feta add a sweet and salty kick.
Whether you’re making it for a quick lunch or a side dish, this salad is super easy to whip up ahead of time. Enjoy my Moroccan inspired dish in every bite!

Hi Joel (and Kenji 👋) I have seen YTers use the liquid from canned chickpeas in other recipes including using them instead of egg whites in dishes that call for meringues. What is your take on these? And do they act (and taste!) like meringues?
Yummi! I try tomorow 🤔🤔☝️❤️

I love seeing Kenji where Whiskey used to stand…the next generation of cuteness.
We shall always remember Whiskey

Missing Whiskey! Love for Kenji.❤
This is timely – I have recently printed 3 other similar recipies. I'd imagine quinoa would be ok instead of cous cous and sultana's instead of raisons.
Looks really yummy! Can I substitute craisins for the raisins??
Wow how delicious !
That looks sooooo good! Thank you!
Собачка просто чудо, смотрю больше собачку, чем рецепт.

Thank you , I will try it tomorrow, but if I don’t have spinning lemon can I use the regular one? 😇 Kenji’ s eyes are killing me!

My kiss to adorable Kenji 😊
