Sauce is made from home grown, italian tomatoes (principe borgehese) slow roasted in oven with sweet red paprikas, garlic and onion, blended with cream and a mixture of parmesan and pecorino, fresh basil. Salad is a mix of Radicchio salad, basil, a dressing of olive oil, balsamico and a little parmesan.
