Breakfast steaks are always cheaper, lower quality steaks. Well not always always but 99% of the time they are, and they only get ordered once in a blue moon so the half drunk 20 year old they have flipping eggs isn’t at all good at cooking them. I just learned long ago you don’t order steak and eggs if you’re looking for a good quality steak.

I would never order a steal from a place that doesn’t have a “steak house” in the name. And if I spend 60$ on a steak, yes, it’s going back, but at a regular place, just eat it. The animal died to be ordered by guys like this in places like this. Don’t waste animals

Well steak and eggs is usually extremely thin to cook fast because breakfast has short ticket times.
Can’t get good sear in a 1/4 inch steak w/out over cooking.
